Both Halong Bay and Ninh Binh are beautiful destinations in Vietnam that offer different experiences to visitors. Halong Bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is known for its stunning emerald waters, towering limestone cliffs, and thousands of islets. Visitors can take a cruise around the bay, explore hidden caves, and even go kayaking. Halong Bay is a popular destination for tourists, so it can get crowded during peak season. On the other hand, Ninh Binh is a quieter and more peaceful destination that offers a glimpse into rural Vietnam. Here, visitors can explore the stunning Tam Coc caves on a traditional sampan boat, visit the Bai Dinh Pagoda, and take a bike ride through the rice paddies. Ninh Binh is a great option for those who want to escape the crowds and experience a more authentic side of Vietnam. Ultimately, whether Halong Bay or Ninh Binh is better depends on your personal preferences. If you prefer more touristy destinations with lots of activities, Halong Bay may be the better choice. If you prefer a quieter, more rural experience, Ninh Binh may be the better option for you.

Ba Na Hills is a resort located in the Truong Son Mountains, about 40 km west of Da Nang, Vietnam. The resort is famous for its French village, which was built in the early 20th century, and was once a popular retreat for French colonists. However, during the Vietnam War, the area became a battleground, and the village was destroyed. In the early 1990s, a new company began to develop the area, with the goal of turning it into a tourist destination. The company built a cable car system that transports visitors from the foot of the mountains to the top of Ba Na Hills, where the French village has been rebuilt. While it is possible to visit both the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta in one day, it would be a very rushed and tiring experience. The Cu Chi Tunnels are located about 70 km from Ho Chi Minh City, and it takes about 2 hours to get there. The site itself is quite large and has a lot to see, with tours usually lasting around 2-3 hours. After visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels, it would take another 2-3 hours to get to the Mekong Delta, which is located about 130 km from Ho Chi Minh City. The Mekong Delta is a vast area with many different towns and attractions, so it is not possible to see everything in just a few hours. In short, while it is technically possible to visit both sites in one day, it would be a rushed and exhausting experience, and you would not be able to fully appreciate everything that both places have to offer. It would be better to split the two destinations into separate days to fully enjoy each experience.
